We can agree on that.

Last night sweet T and I went to a friends house to enjoy a little socially distant catch up and visit. S spent the day working and I had dinner for him in the fridge so he could just come home, not have to think about eating, and then relax.

Well, he came home.

As he was sitting down to eat he could hear our new roommate struggling up the stairs with all the drama and huffing and puffing you would expect. She sat with him long enough to complain about how she felt he was ignoring her, to complain about T… but couldn’t be bothered to sit with him while he finished up.

  1. She knows damn well he was gone after breakfast and that he was clearly eating dinner at 8:30. She is actually living here now so she has a front row seat to his schedule and how the business invades our life every day. Not that she has ever asked about work. She has never asked about the business or how any of that is going. The only thing she cares about is herself.

  2. Apparently T was looking through her jewelry and she didn’t like that. No, she didn’t say anything to T. She just let it happen and then complained to S. But the real complaint was that he has not yet set up her safe to put the jewelry in to. And honestly, the safe will hold 1/5 of the jewelry to begin with so what’s the plan after the safe IS set up?

  3. S talked to T about being respectful of our roommates things and told her she probably shouldn’t be rummaging through her jewelry. But it was overheard so Our new roommate then got mad at S for saying something to T because she really should have been the one to say something.

So nice to agree on something finally.
